Everything you might want to ask.
15 straight answers about what we build, how it holds up in production, what it costs, and who owns it afterwards.
Working with us
- What does AIEscalate actually do?
- AIEscalate is an AI consultancy that builds and runs production AI systems — voice agents, WhatsApp and chat agents, retrieval-augmented (RAG) assistants, autonomous research and outreach pipelines, and CRM automation. We are a build-and-operate partner, not an advisory shop: every engagement ends with working software in a repository the client owns.
- Which industries does AIEscalate specialise in?
- Logistics and freight, industrial and energy, e-commerce, and travel. Our reference clients include Gulf Warehousing Company (GWC) in Qatar, ABRAJ Energy Services in Oman, and Asyad Group — listed industrials and national logistics groups across the GCC — alongside European technology companies. We work with enterprise teams and ambitious mid-market companies.
- Where is AIEscalate based and which regions do you serve?
- AIEscalate s.r.o. is registered in Prague, Czech Republic, and works across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and Europe. We deliver bilingual English and Arabic systems, including true right-to-left interfaces, which is a common requirement for our Gulf clients.
- How long does a typical AI project take?
- Every engagement starts with a short paid discovery that produces a written architecture and one measurable success metric, then builds in two-week increments with something demonstrable at the end of each one. Scoped agents and automations reach production far faster than platform replacements, because they plug into systems you already run.
- How do I start working with AIEscalate?
- Book a free 30-minute consultation at cal.com/aiescalate/30min or send an enquiry through the contact form at aiescalate.co/contact. The first call is a working session, not a pitch: we map your current process, identify where AI would actually change a number, and tell you honestly if it would not.
AI capability
- What kinds of AI agents does AIEscalate build?
- Four main kinds. Voice agents that answer inbound calls, route to specialist agents, and log recordings and transcripts to the CRM. Chat and WhatsApp agents that qualify leads inside the customer's existing messaging channels. Retrieval-augmented document assistants that answer from a company's own technical library with citations. And autonomous research agents that discover target accounts, detect buying signals, and draft evidence-grounded outreach.
- Can an AI voice agent really qualify a sales lead?
- Yes, when it writes to the same CRM fields a human would. At GWC we run a reception agent that routes inbound calls to four specialist agents — freight, express, e-commerce, and relocation — each of which qualifies against the exact set of HubSpot fields that flip a lead to an opportunity. A machine-qualified lead and a human-qualified lead are indistinguishable downstream, which is the only test that matters.
- Do you build AI agents in Arabic?
- Yes. We ship bilingual English and Arabic systems with true right-to-left layout, including voice agents, WhatsApp agents, content and announcement agents, and Arabic-language search and market intelligence. Arabic is a first-class requirement in our GCC work, not a translation layer added at the end.
- How do you stop an AI agent from hallucinating in front of a customer?
- Three controls, applied to every agent we ship. Answers are grounded in retrieval over the client's own content rather than model memory. Confidence scores gate what the automation is allowed to do on its own versus what it escalates to a human. And failures are logged rather than swallowed, so every wrong answer is visible and fixable instead of silently absorbed.
- What is generative engine optimisation (GEO) and do you do it?
- Generative engine optimisation is the practice of making a site legible and quotable to AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, rather than only to classical search crawlers. It means structured data, self-contained factual answers, clean machine-readable summaries such as an llms.txt file, and content organised around questions people actually ask. We do it for clients and on this site.
Commercials
- How much does an AI project cost?
- We quote fixed scope at a fixed price rather than open-ended hourly billing. An engagement is normally structured in three parts: a paid discovery that produces an architecture you could take to any vendor, a build phase quoted against that architecture, and an optional monthly retainer covering operation, monitoring, and model changes. Book a call and we will give you a number for your scope.
- Who owns the code and the data?
- You do. Every engagement delivers source code into a repository the client owns, running on the client's own cloud and API accounts. There is no vendor lock-in, no plugin ceiling, and no per-seat licence on the systems we build — adding capability later is a code change in your repository, not a negotiation with us.
Technology
- Which AI models and platforms do you use?
- We are deliberately model-agnostic: the provider is a configuration value, not an architectural commitment. In production we most often run Anthropic's Claude models for reasoning and drafting, ElevenLabs with Twilio for voice, and Apify for large-scale web research, integrated over HubSpot, WhatsApp Business, and clients' existing data platforms. When a better or cheaper model appears, swapping it is a config change.
- Does AIEscalate integrate with HubSpot?
- Yes — HubSpot is our most common CRM integration. We build contact and company enrichment, lead scoring and routing, bidirectional sync, call and WhatsApp engagement logging, and role-based applications that give outsourced teams controlled CRM access without consuming HubSpot seats. We have also built local mirrors of HubSpot data to power funnel analytics beyond HubSpot's own search limits.
- What is OpenClaw?
- OpenClaw is AIEscalate's open approach to agent tooling — the reusable modules behind the client work, covering lead scanning and enrichment, card-scan-to-CRM, buying-signal detection, and evidence-grounded outreach drafting. Read more at aiescalate.co/openclaw.
