Pipeline and revenue.Built, shipped, running.
The lead-generation and revenue systems already live in production for logistics and industrial clients across the Gulf and Europe — agents that find demand, qualify it around the clock, and write it into the CRM. Not a roadmap, not a slide.

01 / Flagship — GWC LogisticsGulf Warehousing Company · Qatar (QSE-listed)
One client, a full stack of custom AI systems.
For GWC — Qatar's largest logistics group — we built programmatic marketing sites, a controlled contact-centre application over HubSpot, and a fleet of AI agents. Everything below is live.

- A
Programmatic landing platforms
Custom Next.js sites for UPS express and e-commerce fulfilment — instant rate calculators, lead-gated quote and PDF flows, consent-gated HubSpot, Meta and Google tracking pixels.
- B
Contact Center Hub
A role-based app giving an outsourced team controlled CRM access with no direct HubSpot seats — SDR and account-manager dashboards, bidirectional sync, inline lead qualification.
- C
Master intelligence dashboard
A local mirror of contacts and deals synced hourly, powering funnel analytics that bypass the CRM's 10k search cap — with live ad-spend and analytics feeds.

02 / The thesis
Every system below is judged on pipeline and revenue.
We are not hired to improve a website. We are hired to move a commercial number — how much qualified demand arrives, how fast it gets answered, and how much of it converts. Everything on this page is running in production, and every one of them writes into a CRM where the result can actually be counted.
Pipeline that waits
Enquiries arrive when they arrive. Qualification happens in office hours, in one language. Nobody can say which source actually produced revenue, so budget gets argued over rather than allocated.
Pipeline that gets generated
Research agents find the accounts and the buying signals. Voice and WhatsApp agents qualify what comes in, around the clock, in Arabic and English. Outreach goes out grounded in verified evidence rather than guesswork.
The CRM is the scoreboard
Every agent writes the same fields your team writes, so a machine-qualified lead and a human-qualified one are indistinguishable downstream — and attribution stays measurable instead of anecdotal.
03 / Revenue & lead generation
Two modules that generate demand and convert what arrives.
Two questions decide whether a pipeline grows: what happens to the enquiries you already get, and how you stop waiting for them to turn up at all. These two modules answer them, and we operate both for clients today.
Where enquiries become revenue
The site generates enquiries; a CRM layer scores and enriches them, tells sales the next best action, and mirrors the whole funnel in a live dashboard. Automatic lead scoring and enrichment on every enquiry, next-best-action prompts, a live pipeline and funnel-intelligence dashboard, and WhatsApp and email threaded into one customer timeline.
Don't wait for the enquiry — find it
Research agents scan your served industries and geographies, detect buying signals such as new plants, tenders and expansion, enrich verified decision-maker contacts, and draft evidence-grounded outreach in Arabic and English — every claim backed by a source.
04 / AI agents in productionGWC Logistics
Agents that answer, qualify, and write back to the CRM.
These are not chat widgets bolted on. Each agent writes the same HubSpot fields your team sees, so a machine-qualified lead and a human-qualified one are indistinguishable downstream.

- A
Daily market-intelligence agent
Scrapes English and Arabic search results across 32 keywords, curates and summarises with Claude, ships a branded briefing to the leadership inbox every morning — unattended.
- B
Autonomous campaign & SEO agents
Agents run GWC's paid and organic campaigns, connected through APIs and MCP — the automation layer that owning the code makes possible.
- C
Bulk-import AI cleaning
Uploaded contact lists are standardised by an LLM — names cased, phones formatted, emails validated, countries normalised — before they ever touch HubSpot.
Multi-agent voice contact centre
A reception and IVR agent answers inbound calls and routes to one of four specialists — freight, UPS, e-commerce, relocation — each with its own knowledge base. It qualifies freight leads against the exact seven HubSpot fields that flip a lead to an opportunity, pushes recordings and transcripts as HubSpot call engagements, and opens tickets with an agent-driven follow-up email.
WhatsApp AI agents
Outbound and conversational WhatsApp on GWC's Qatar and UAE senders, threaded straight into the HubSpot Help Desk and surfaced in the contact-centre app — template-based outbound at scale, a full thread view with internal team comments, and auto-sync of active conversations into the CRM timeline.
05 / Outbound agents in production
Don't wait for the enquiry — go and find it.
The counterpart to the inbound stack: where the market-intelligence agent tells you what changed, the outbound agent acts on it. Research agents scan the industries and geographies you serve, detect a buying signal, and draft outreach that is grounded in evidence rather than invented — every claim backed by a verbatim source snippet.
ABM outbound platform
A research engine that scrapes each target account, detects buying signals, then drafts a personalised email grounded only in verified evidence, every claim backed by a verbatim snippet.
Lead scanners & enrichment
Card-scan-to-CRM, verified email and phone discovery, and multi-agent lead research — reusable modules that turn a raw contact into a qualified, CRM-ready record.
Why it matters. Outbound fails on invented relevance — the email that guesses wrong about what you do. Grounding every sentence in a retrieved, quotable source is what makes an agent safe to let write on your behalf.
06 / Listed industrial, Gulf marketABRAJ Energy Services · Oman · MSX-listed
A corporate brochure, rebuilt as a working commercial asset.
ABRAJ is post-IPO and listed on the Muscat Stock Exchange, with the regulatory context and investor-relations expectations that come with it. We repositioned the site from a brochure into a commercial asset, with AI layered on top.

Site chatbot
A retrieval-grounded assistant answering on ABRAJ's own technical content, with chat logging and a cost dashboard.
Business-card scanner
Booth staff scan a card on a tablet; OCR reads it and creates the HubSpot contact and company in seconds.
Lead generation on every page
Forms, lifecycle tracking and routing wired into every service page and tendering pathway, attributed to source.
07 / The wider AI toolkit
Research, discovery, and outreach — run by agents.
Beyond any single site, we build the systems that fill the top of the funnel and keep it moving.
Influencer Scout
An internal tool that scans influencer databases monthly, discovers similar-niche candidates, scores them against your top performers on engagement and CPM, and delivers shortlists to Slack.
ABM outbound platform
A research engine that scrapes each target account, detects buying signals — hiring three ops roles, launching ads — then drafts a personalised email grounded only in verified evidence, every claim backed by a verbatim snippet.
Lead scanners & enrichment
Card-scan-to-CRM, verified email and phone discovery, and multi-agent lead research — reusable modules that turn a raw contact into a qualified, CRM-ready record.
The common thread. Every one of these is vendor-agnostic and API-first: model chosen by config, failures logged not swallowed, and confidence scores that gate what automation is allowed to do. That discipline is what makes AI safe to put in front of a real customer.
08 / How we build — Claude CodeAnthropic
The reason this much ships in weeks rather than quarters.
Claude Code is the harness we build in. It is not a deliverable and we do not bill for it — it is why a scoped agent reaches production in two-week increments instead of on a quarterly release train, and why the code you inherit is readable rather than generated sludge.
Something demonstrable every two weeks
Discovery produces a written architecture and one measurable success metric. After that the build runs in two-week increments, each ending in something you can click rather than a status report.
A repository, not a black box
Tests, conventions and documentation are written alongside the code rather than retrofitted at handover. You inherit something your own engineers can read, extend and audit on day one.
Your team keeps the pace
We set the same tooling up inside your repository — project instructions, skills and agent definitions — so the velocity survives the end of the engagement instead of leaving with us.
09 / Agent harness — HermesNous Research · open source (MIT)
An agent that lives in the channels your team already uses.
Hermes is Nous Research's open-source agent harness. It runs in Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp, Signal, email and the terminal, keeps memory across sessions, and schedules its own recurring work. We reach for it when the job belongs in a thread the team is already reading, not in another dashboard nobody opens.
One agent, the channels you already read
Telegram, Discord, Slack, WhatsApp, Signal, email and CLI. Adoption costs nothing because there is no new interface to roll out — the agent turns up where the conversation already happens.
It remembers how it solved it
Persistent memory across sessions, skills it generates for itself as it learns a task, and isolated subagents with their own terminals — all executed in a hardened sandbox rather than loose on a machine.
Briefings nobody has to trigger
Recurring reports and briefings scheduled in plain language, paired with Apify for live web data — the same pattern behind the daily market-intelligence briefing we run in production.
Open source and MIT-licensed, which is rather the point: the harness is swappable. We have published a full walkthrough of Hermes driving Apify with x402 payments, so you can judge the approach before commissioning anything built on it.
10 / Agent harness — Grok BotxAI
AI teammates with their own computer and logins.
Grok Bot is xAI's harness, and it reaches the same destination by a different road: rather than wiring an integration for every system, each bot gets its own computer, signs into your tools once, and works them the way a person would. That makes it the fastest route into the systems that never exposed a usable API.
Works the tools that have no API
Sign it in once and it drives your actual applications and websites — including the legacy portals and supplier systems that every integration plan quietly gives up on.
Show it once, it repeats
Walk through a workflow while it follows along; it saves that as a routine and runs it on a schedule from then on. Non-technical operators can hand over work without writing a specification.
Research, score, draft, review
Its canonical job is the same brief as the revenue module above — research accounts overnight, score contacts on intent, draft outreach in your voice, and leave a review list for a human to approve in the morning.
Track record
Eighteen years across GCC & European industry.
