Every new lead gets a call. Not just the ones someone had time for.
Outbound voice agents that qualify leads inside your calling hours, inbound agents that answer in English and colloquial Gulf Arabic, and the switchboard that decides who gets called, when, and what reaches the CRM afterwards.
What we do
Six things a voice agent needs before it calls a real lead
Outbound qualification calls
The agent calls new and stalled leads inside your calling hours, arrives knowing what the lead has already told you, and asks only for what is missing.
Inbound reception, English and Gulf Arabic
Answers your lines in English or colloquial Gulf Arabic rather than textbook Arabic, captures the enquiry, and routes it or books the meeting.
Callbacks for callers you lost
When a caller drops out of the phone menu, or is routed and nobody picks up, the switchboard calls them back — in callback hours of its own.
CRM write-back on every call
Each call lands in HubSpot as a call record with transcript and recording, the qualification fields filled, and outcome rules that never downgrade a lead.
Voice Lab and sandbox calls
Preview voices, speed and stability in the browser before applying them, and make test calls with real lead context that are blocked from writing to the CRM.
Operations you can see
Cost per call, caller ratings, configuration snapshots you can revert, alerts when inbound goes quiet or credit burns too fast, and a daily pace for outbound volume.
How it works
From a new lead to a logged, scored call
- 01
Queue
New leads, scheduled batches and manual requests join one queue. The switchboard dials only inside the calling window, one active call per contact.
- 02
Call
The agent opens with the lead's context, says the call is recorded, never pretends to be human, and asks only for what is missing.
- 03
Write back
Answers are saved to the CRM as they are given. After the call, HubSpot gets the call record with transcript, recording, outcome and cost.
- 04
Score
Every finished call is graded on how it went and checked field by field against what reached HubSpot. Changes are tested on a clone first.
From production
Running on GWC's phone lines
An outbound qualifier on Maqsam campaigns and inbound agents in English and Arabic, operated from the AI Calls page of the contact-centre app we built.
- Dubai-time calling window the switchboard enforces, whatever the campaign settings say

Why us
The voice is the easy part.
Any platform can make an agent talk. What lets it loose on real leads is everything around it: the calling window, the callbacks for callers the phone menu lost, CRM rules that never downgrade a lead, a sandbox that never writes to HubSpot, and an evaluation that catches a bad change before a customer hears it. That is what we built for GWC.
Best for
- ›Sales teams with more leads than callers. Every enquiry gets a first call, not just the ones someone had time for.
- ›Gulf businesses whose customers prefer to talk. English and colloquial Gulf Arabic, not textbook Modern Standard Arabic.
- ›Contact centres running on HubSpot. Calls, transcripts and qualification land where the team already works.
- ›Anyone who has to answer for what the agent said. Every call recorded, transcribed, scored and traceable to the configuration it ran on.
