AIEscalate Academy

Learn AI by building it into your own work.

Live programs for senior executives and their teams. Reports, analysis, board packs, pipeline reviews and campaign plans are exactly the work AI now drafts — so every session ends with a working agent in your own tools, not a page of notes.

Why the Academy

Most AI training ends in notes. Ours ends in agents.

Built live, not watched

Every session is a build. You leave each one with an agent working on your own tasks and tools — not a recording to catch up on later.

Taught from production

We teach what we run: the WhatsApp and voice agents we operate for GWC in Qatar and the UAE, tested before every change and scored on every conversation.

Made for senior leaders

Small groups of executives and functional heads, working on real business problems. No coding background needed — if you can brief a colleague, you can do this.

Bring the team with you

Companies change fastest when the people who run them learn together. The in-house Team Program is built for one company, and designed to fit Czech training subsidies.

How it runs

Live, small, and in your own tools.

Live, in small groups

No more than 25 people in a cohort, and every session is live. Recordings are there for catching up, not for learning.

Your tools, your data

We build in what your company already uses — Claude or ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, your CRM — not in a sandbox you will never open again.

Online, with days in Prague

Sessions run online so leaders across Europe and the Gulf can join. Each cohort opens and closes with an in-person day in Prague.

English, Czech or Arabic

Cohorts run in English. In-house Team Programs can run in English, Czech or Arabic.

Who it's for

For the leaders whose work AI changes first.

Best for

  • ›CEOs and managing directors who want first-hand judgement on what AI can really do before they set the company's direction.
  • ›CMOs, CROs and sales leaders whose pipeline reviews, campaign plans and reports are the first work AI drafts well.
  • ›COOs and CFOs with the reporting, analysis and process work that eats the week.
  • ›Functional heads and their teams who need to move together, not one enthusiast at a time.

Academy questions

Do I need a technical background?
No. The programs are built for executives, not engineers. If you can write a clear brief for a colleague, you can build what we build in the sessions — and we set up the tools with you in the first one.
What will I actually build?
Agents for the work on your own desk: one that prepares you for meetings, one that turns raw numbers into the weekly report, a board-pack and memo drafter, a pipeline or campaign reviewer, and an assistant that answers from your company's own documents. Each one is working by the end of the session it is built in.
Which AI tools do you use?
Mainly Claude and ChatGPT, together with the tools your company already runs — Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and your CRM. We teach the method as much as the tools, so it carries over when the tools change.
Can my company pay — and is there a subsidy?
Yes, every program can be invoiced to your company. In the Czech Republic, the in-house Team Program is designed to fit the Labour Office's Vzdělávání pro firmy programme, which can contribute to the course and to wages for the hours spent training. Your company applies, and the Labour Office decides.
When does the next cohort start?
The founding cohort opens in early 2027 with no more than 25 seats. Join the list and you'll get the dates and the founding terms before registration opens publicly.
Where are you based?
In Prague, working with clients across the Gulf and Europe. Programs run live online with in-person days in Prague, and in-house programs can also run at your offices.
