Train the team that runs the work — on the work itself.
An in-house program for one company: 50 to 80 hours over 8 to 12 weeks, built around your own workflows, tools and data. Your people finish with agents running in their daily work, and your company finishes with a new way of working — not just a certificate.
What your team builds
Six things a Team Program leaves behind.
A map of where AI pays
We start from your team's real week and rank the tasks where agents would save the most time with the least risk.
Agents in your own stack
Built in the tools you already license — Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, Claude or ChatGPT, your CRM — with your data, under your access rules.
Cross-functional by design
Marketing, sales, operations and finance build together, so the handovers between teams get automated too, not only the tasks inside them.
A leadership track
Separate sessions for the leadership team on governance, risk, and how to measure what AI is doing for the business.
Rules people can follow
A plain-language AI policy for your company: what data can go where, what needs a person's sign-off, and what never leaves the building.
Champions who carry it on
We train a small group of internal champions to keep building after the program ends, and stay available for follow-up.
How it runs
From a first call to a team that works differently.
- 01
Scoping call
We meet the sponsor, agree the goals, and pick the teams and workflows the program will cover.
- 02
Program design
A 50- to 80-hour program built on your workflows, with the course documentation a subsidy application needs.
- 03
Subsidy paperwork
If you are applying for the Labour Office subsidy, your company files the application and training starts once the agreement is signed. Allow six to eight weeks.
- 04
Delivery
8 to 12 weeks of live sessions, at your offices or online, with build time between sessions and a final review of what changed.
Czech Republic
Designed to fit the Labour Office training subsidy.
Vzdělávání pro firmy is a Labour Office programme, funded through OPZ+, that contributes to what it costs a company to train its people — both the course and the wages for the hours spent training. The Team Program is designed to fit its rules, so your company can apply.
The Labour Office decides eligibility and the amount, not us. We go through the current rules with you on the scoping call.
- Each run lasts at least 50 hours and up to 80 — or 100 for employees over 50
- Your company applies to the Labour Office; we provide the course documentation
- Training starts only after your agreement with the Labour Office is signed
- The programme takes applications until 31 August 2028
Teams in the Gulf
We run in-house programs for teams in Qatar, the UAE and across the Gulf too — in English or Arabic, at your offices or online.
Who it's for
For companies that want the whole team to move.
Best for
- ›Leadership teams that want to move together rather than one enthusiast at a time.
- ›Commercial teams in marketing, sales and customer service, where AI already drafts most of the first pass.
- ›Operations and finance teams with reporting and process work that eats the week.
- ›Czech employers who want the Labour Office to share the cost of training.
Team Program questions
- How many people can take part?
- A program is built for one company. Larger organisations are split into groups small enough that everyone builds, rather than watches.
- Which language does it run in?
- English, Czech or Arabic — whichever your team works in.
- How much does it cost?
- It depends on the hours, the group size and how much is built on your own systems. You get a fixed price in the proposal, before anything is signed.
- Can you build the agents for us as well?
- Yes. If you would rather have agents built alongside your team, our consulting team does exactly that, and a build engagement can run next to the program.

We'll reply within one business day to set up a scoping call — and if you're in the Czech Republic, walk you through the subsidy timeline before anything is signed.
