Eight weeks to rebuild your role around AI.
A live program for senior executives and functional heads. Each week you build one agent for your own work — in your tools, on your tasks — in a group of no more than 25. You finish with agents doing real work, and a plan for your function.
The format
Small, live and hands-on.
No pre-recorded modules to work through alone. Every week is built live, with the group, on real work.

The program
Eight weeks, eight builds.
Each week takes one part of an executive's job and hands the repetitive part of it to an agent you build yourself.
- Week 01
Your AI desk
Set up the tools with us, map where your week actually goes, and build your first assistant: one that briefs you before every meeting.
- Week 02
Reporting and analysis
An agent that turns raw exports and dashboards into the weekly summary you would otherwise write yourself — with the numbers checked, not invented.
- Week 03
Board packs and decisions
Draft board papers, investment memos and decision documents from your own material, in your company's voice.
- Week 04
Pipeline and revenue
A reviewer for your pipeline or forecast that flags stalled deals and asks the questions you would ask in the meeting.
- Week 05
Marketing and customers
Campaign plans, briefs and customer research, drafted from your data and checked against what customers actually say.
- Week 06
Operations and process
Pick one process in your function and hand its repetitive part to an agent, with a person approving what goes out.
- Week 07
Your company's knowledge
An assistant that answers from your own documents, policies and past work — and says so when it doesn't know.
- Week 08
Your function's AI plan
Present the agents you've built and a 90-day plan for your team: what to automate, what to keep human, and how to measure it.
What's included
Everything you need to keep building after week eight.
A weekly live build
Hands on, with the group. We build together, and nobody leaves without the agent working.
A weekly office hour
Bring the build that broke, the use case you're unsure about, or the question your team asked you.
In-person days in Prague
Kick-off and graduation in person, with the whole cohort in the room.
Templates you can hand on
Every agent we build, as a template you can copy, adapt and give to your team.
An AI coach between sessions
An assistant that answers from the course material and your cohort's builds, whenever you're stuck.
Recordings and a private group
Every session recorded, and a private channel where the cohort shares what is working.
Who it's for
Built for leaders, not engineers.
Best for
- ›CEOs and managing directors who want first-hand judgement on AI before they set the company's direction.
- ›Marketing, sales and revenue leaders whose plans, reviews and reports are the first work AI drafts well.
- ›Operations, finance and people leaders with reporting, analysis and process work that eats the week.
- ›Heads of function on their way to the C-suite who would rather lead the change than catch up with it.
Cohort questions
- How much time does it take?
- Two live hours a week — the build session and the office hour — plus the time you spend using what you've built on your real work, which is the point.
- What does it cost?
- The founding rate goes to the list first, together with the dates. Every seat can be invoiced to your company.
- What do I need before week one?
- A paid plan for Claude or ChatGPT, and access to your work email and documents. We set up everything else with you in the first session.
- Can several people from one company join?
- Yes, colleagues can join the same cohort. For a whole team, the in-house Team Program is usually the better fit — it is built around your company's own workflows.
- What if I miss a week?
- Every session is recorded, and the office hour is there to catch up on a build you missed.
Founding cohort
Join the founding cohort list.
Leave your details and we'll send the dates, the founding rate and the application before registration opens publicly. No payment now.
The first cohort gets the best terms — and shapes the program.
The founding cohort opens in early 2027 with no more than 25 seats. The people who join first get a founding rate, in exchange for honest feedback and, if the results are worth telling, a case study.
