Agents with a job description, not a chat window.
We build an AI workforce of agents that take defined work off your teams: answering calls and WhatsApp messages, answering questions from your own documents with sources, and clearing back-office queues. Each one works inside your systems, hands over to a person when it should, and is scored on every task it completes.
The problem
Skilled people spending the day on work an agent could take
Contact-centre staff re-key the same details into the CRM. Analysts search the same policy documents for every question. Enquiries that arrive after hours wait until the next business day. Chatbots promised to help and were switched off the first time one invented an answer.
- Enquiries answered in office hours and in one language only.
- Details collected by phone, then typed in again by hand.
- Answers that depend on who happens to know where the document is.
- Previous bots that could not hand over and would not stop talking.
What we build
Six kinds of AI agent, each with a defined job
Voice agents.
Outbound qualification calls inside your calling hours, and inbound reception in English and colloquial Gulf Arabic. They say they are AI, say the call is recorded, and call back callers the phone menu lost.
WhatsApp and chat agents.
They answer in the customer's language from your knowledge base, collect what your team needs, and hand the thread to a colleague with everything attached. Once a colleague replies, the agent stops.
Email and enquiries agents.
They reply to each enquiry in a shared mailbox, gather the details sales or operations need, and route complex requests to the right team.
Document assistants.
They answer from your own technical, policy or product content and cite the passage each answer came from. Every chat is logged, and cost is visible on a dashboard.
Back-office agents.
Standardise imported data before it reaches your systems, produce scheduled research and briefings, and work through queues that follow clear rules.
Supervision built in.
Every task is scored, problems fill a review queue, configuration changes are snapshotted and reversible, and cost per task is visible.
How it works
From a job description to a scored day's work
- 01
Define the job.
What the agent does, which systems it reads and writes, what it must never do, and when it hands over to a person.
- 02
Build and test on a copy.
The agent is tested against scripted customers and cases on a disposable copy, so production is never touched.
- 03
Go live with handover.
It starts on real work, writes to the same fields your people use, and hands over with the full context whenever a rule says so.
- 04
Score and operate.
Every finished task is graded with reasons. We run the agent on a monthly retainer or hand it to your team, and the code stays in your repository.

Why it holds up
An agent your team can trust with real customers.
Three controls go into every agent we ship. Answers come from your own content, not from model memory. Confidence gates decide what the agent may do alone and what it must pass to a person. Failures are logged rather than hidden, so every wrong answer is visible and can be fixed. Voice agents never pretend to be human.
Best for
- ›Contact centres with more demand than staff. Every call and message gets a first answer, including evenings and weekends.
- ›Gulf businesses serving customers in two languages. Arabic and English, in whichever one the customer used.
- ›Teams that live in a CRM or ticketing system. The agent writes the same fields your people do, so nothing is typed in twice.
- ›Anyone who had to switch a chatbot off. You get evidence of how it behaves, task by task.
FAQ
- Will AI agents replace our staff?
- They take the repetitive, rule-based part of the job: first answers, data collection, re-keying, document look-ups. Your people keep the cases that need judgement, and they receive those cases with the details already collected.
- Does the agent pretend to be a person?
- No. Our voice agents say they are AI and that the call is recorded. Chat agents hand over to a named colleague whenever a customer asks for a person.
- What happens when the agent doesn't know the answer?
- It says a colleague will confirm, and hands over. It repeats only the figures you publish, so it does not invent a price, a date or a policy.
- Which systems can it work in?
- It works in the systems you already run: your CRM, your ticketing or help-desk tool, your mailbox, your document stores and your internal APIs. We connect them through scoped integrations, and each connection gets only the access the job needs.
- Do you build in Arabic?
- Yes. Arabic is a first-class requirement in our GCC work, not a translation layer. Voice agents speak colloquial Gulf Arabic, and the interfaces we build are truly right-to-left.
- How do we know it is doing the job well?
- Every finished conversation or task is scored on resolution, accuracy, handover, tone and efficiency, with reasons. A fix counts as verified only when the problem stops recurring in new conversations.
