Use Composio inside your company, under your IT team's rules.
Composio lets AI agents sign in to business apps and take actions in them. Getting it past security review is the hard part. We set it up on your systems, decide with you which apps and actions each agent may use, put a person in the loop where it matters, and then operate it or hand it to your team.
The problem
The demo works. Production is a different question.
- Who signed in, and with whose account? Agents that use personal logins fail the first security review.
- What can the agent actually do? "Connected to Salesforce" can mean read one field or delete a pipeline.
- Where is the record? IT and audit want to see every action an agent took, and who approved it.
- Which data leaves the building? Customer and finance data in the Gulf and Europe comes with residency and privacy rules.
Use case 01
CRM updates from conversations.
After a call or chat, the agent writes the summary, next step and fields to the right record.
Connects to Salesforce or your CRM.
A person approves changes to deal stage or value.
Use case 02
IT and service tickets.
The agent opens, routes and updates tickets from email or chat, with the context already filled in.
Connects to ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams.
A person approves closing or escalating a ticket.
Use case 03
Reports from business systems.
Scheduled summaries pulled from your ERP and spreadsheets, sent to the people who need them.
Connects to ERP exports, Microsoft 365.
A person approves nothing is written back; read-only.
Use case 04
Internal assistant with real actions.
Staff ask in plain language; the agent answers from your documents and can file a request or book a slot.
Connects to Microsoft 365, your intranet, MCP.
A person approves any action outside the agreed list.
What your IT team gets.
Company-owned accounts.
Agents connect with service accounts your IT team owns and can revoke, not staff logins.
An allow-list of actions.
Each agent gets the specific apps and actions it needs, nothing more, agreed in writing.
Approvals.
Actions that change money, customers or access wait for a person to approve.
A full log.
Every action is recorded with the request, the result and who approved it.
Your cloud.
The agent code runs on your own cloud and API accounts, Azure included, in a repository you own.
Tested before launch.
We run the agent against real and difficult cases and score the results before it goes live.
Build, launch, operate. You own the code.
01
Discover.
We map the process, list every app and action the agent needs, and agree one success measure, in writing.
02
Build.
Two-week increments, each ending in a working demo on your systems.
03
Launch and evaluate.
The agent goes live behind the controls agreed in discovery. Real tasks are scored and problems go into a backlog of fixes.
04
Operate or hand over.
We run it on a monthly retainer, or hand it to your team.
Already in production.
Built and operated
we run the systems we build, not just the pilot.

Questions
- Do we need a Composio account?
- Usually yes, on your company's own plan, so access and billing stay with you. We help you set it up.
- Can it run with Azure and Microsoft 365?
- Yes. The agent code runs on your Azure account, and Microsoft apps are connected with accounts your IT team controls.
- Is AIEscalate a Composio partner?
- No. We are an independent team that builds and operates AI agents, and we use Composio where it fits.
- What if Composio doesn't fit our security rules?
- We say so in discovery and build the connection another way, for example directly against the system's API.
